Join me for a 4 day, 3 night yoga and meditation retreat in a gorgeous, rustic-style 40-acre organic farm nestled right by the Pacific coast of Gualala, CA. This is an all-inclusive yoga and meditation offering for those looking to deepen their practice and for practitioners in search of a relaxing and mindful vacation. The theme of this retreat is Creative Restoration as a way to align with the changing seasons and to instill new intentions for positive and empowering transformation. The spring provides a wealth of growth, nourishment and energy that we will be exploring through the peaceful land and with supportive yoga and meditation practices. All levels are welcome as this will be an inclusive and beneficial weekend for beginning to advanced yogis alike!
